# Disassemble BOM

Select "Disassemble BOM" option from the drop down menu. Only one production template can be used at the same time.

From the pop-up window, select a product you wish to disassemble into components. Drop down menu consist of products that are setup with Bill of Material (BOL).&#x20;

Set the number of units you wish to disassemble into parts and click 'Submit' to continue.&#x20;

P4W warehouse management system will automatically calculate the number of components obtained during the disassembly of the product. Calculations are done in accordance with BOM of selected product.

While using disassemble template, users can manually add product to production order if needed.

The order is now ready to be released to floor, allocated, and produced by the handheld operators.
