# RMA and Customer Returns

In this segment, users are able to create and process Customer Returns (RMA - return merchandise authorization). P4W management system has taken RMA to a new level by adding Invoice, Lot Number, and Serial Number matching to ensure that products came from your warehouse.

'Returns' folder consist of two section:

* Pending Returns - where new users can create new customer returns and access existing one.
* Closed Returns - contains all previously processed customer returns within the P4W system.
