Inventory

To get a list of products available by bin, navigate to Analytics > Inventory > Inventory. Following grid contains products SKU, location, quantity and more.

Actions

Administrator users can assign tasks to handheld operators using 'Action' button as shown below.

Select either 'Move product' or 'Move full bin' and choose a user to complete the task from the pop-up 'User assignment' window

Finally, set task details in the 'User task window' and click 'Submit' to finalize task assignment.

Newly created tasks will appear in 'Collaboration' folder in the web portion of P4W system and in 'My tasks' list of a selected handheld user.

Cycle Count

Additionally, administrative users can assign bin cycle count from the Inventory page. Select a bin using check box mark and click 'Cycle count' button in the top right coroner.

Assign new cycle count to a handheld user following the same steps as with previously discussed 'Product move'/'Full bin move' action.

Newly created cycle count will appear in 'Collaboration' folder in the web portion of P4W system and in 'My tasks' list of a selected handheld user.
