# Pick Tickets

To access the list of closed pick tickets, navigate to Fulfillment > History > Pick tickets.

Users can apply tags (for further sorting needs) and clone chosen closed ticket using the 'Other' option as shown below.

Clone tickets will appear in 'Pick Ticket List' in a 'Draft' state and newly generated pick ticket number.
