# Tote Move

Tote move is a process of moving a tote to or from a staging bin or to a different area, like a bulk bin (for storage purposes) or a dock door (to prepare a tote for shipping).

From the 'Staging' folder, select 'Tote move' option and follow instructions on the bottom of your handheld device.

From the example above, you can see that \*0000574 has been moved from an overstock location (B-3-003) a new location in the staging area of the warehouse (S-1-A).

Users can continue the process by scanning new tote.
