PO Photo

In the process of receiving, it is often a requirement to document various aspects of the process with photos. The P4 Warehouse android mobile app will allow you to capture various photos of the receiving process.

After selecting 'PO Photo' from the Receiving folder, users need to scan the Purchase Order label and will be presented with the option to capture photos.

These photos will be available in the Web Dispatch screen in the specific Purchase Order record.
