# Pending Purchase Orders

Purchase Order is a purchaser’s authorization used to formalize a purchase transaction with a supplier. The physical form or electronic transaction a buyer uses when placing an order for merchandise.

The Pending POs page (Purchase Orders) features a listing of all pending purchase orders within the P4W warehouse management system.
